This Argaka villa is a 45 minute drive from Paphos airport and 2.5 hour drive from Larnaca airport.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms-ALL with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request The villa is fully air conditioned.


Interiors

The spacious lounge offers satellite TV (limited channels), and a working fireplace. Large sets of French doors open out onto the front terrace overlooking the swimming pool.


The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard for self-catering with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc. it features a solid oak dining table and large American-style fridge freezer.
Bedrooms The first double bedroom is situated on the ground floor, together with an en-suite bathroom. A further guest cloakroom is adjacent. The staircase leads to the first floor and a large, airy landing with utility area with sink. French doors open out onto the vast upper terrace, which looks over the pool and the orange groves beyond and down to the sea. Two further double bedrooms are located on the first floor, both with small private balconies, and both with en-suite full bathrooms, one having a jacuzzi whirlpool bath.

This villa in Argaka has a/c units in all three bedrooms and living space providing climate control (hot and cold). All have maginficent views and access onto balconies from where you can feast on the views and smell pine scented sea air.

Bathrooms All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms, one of the baths being a jacuzzi whirlpool bath.



Exteriors
Outside, extensive patios and sunbathing areas border the unusually large 14 metre swimming pool which has a small waterfall feature at the shallow end. A poolside shower and six upholstered wooden sunbeds are provided, and a large table and chairs and a barbeque are provided for outdoor dining. To the side are lawned areas and colourful gardens. Private swimming pool 14 x 7 m Sun loungers, Tables & chairs for outside dining. There is a pool shower There is private covered car parking at the front of the villa.


The villa is situated in an orange grove with its identical sister villa and together the two vilas are ideal for a large group or two families wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining some privacy and independence. Each villa is surrounded by stone walls topped with trellis fencing to maximize the privacy of each property and each has its own pool and facilities. Additionally, within the orchard the owners have also provided an additional children's pool and large adventure playground which is overlooked by an outdoor bar, cooking and party area for the adults. These facilities serve both the villas.
