Villa Orchithea is a luxury 3 bedroom villa, with a private swimming pool. The Villa is suitable for use all year round as it has the benefit of full central heating, an open fireplace and fuel heated swimming pool.

Villa Orchithea was completed in August 2005. Built in the Akamas National Park, this luxury villa was designed by a Cypriot architect to compliment its natural and beautiful surroundings.

The villa is built in a traditional style, using stone from the local area. The gardens have been landscaped and guests can enjoy picking there own fruit from the Orange, Lemon, Olive and Apricot trees. During the construction of the Villa wild orchids where found growing in the gardens, this discovery gave birth to the name "Orchithea" the greek name for Orchid.

The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request. 7 or 8 adults can be accommodated with the use of the double sofa converting into a double bed in the lounge (at a supplement).

The large open plan lounge/dining room/ and study is traditionally furnished to a very high standard. Luxury sofas (one converts to a double bed) and hand made wooden furniture compliment the beautiful open fireplace, and archway that leads to the kitchen. Both are constructed from local stone.
There is Satellite, TV, DVD player and Stereo.

The dining room has a large dining table and 6 chairs.

There are patio doors leading onto the covered veranda

A spacious fully fitted kitchen has all the modern comforts including a Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge/Freezer, Gas Hob and Electric Oven, and Microwave.
Relax at the breakfast bar and enjoy the stunning views of the Paphos forest.

Bedroom 2
Located on the ground floor, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, there is a double bed, air conditioning and fully fitted wardrobes with dressing table. Patio doors lead onto the covered veranda.

Bedroom 3
Located on the ground floor, and accessed from its own hallway, this room has fabulous views of the Pafos Forest, there are twin beds, air conditioning and fully fitted wardrobes with dressing table.

Bathroom
The ground floor bathroom boasts "Extravegent but Chic" tiling. It is located between bedroom 2 & 3 and is accessed from its own hallway. The room has a shower, bath, basin, vanity unit with marble worktop and toilet.

Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and boasts stunning views of Chrysochou Bay and the Mediterranean Sea.
The room comprises a double bed, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a private veranda with fantastic panoramic views of Chrysochou bay and the pafos forest.

There is also an en-suite bathroom, and dressing area with built in wardrobes.
A door leads on to the landing and first floor kitchenette.

Covered Veranda
The veranda is constructed in a traditional style with beautiful stone arches framing views of the swimming pool, terrace and Chrysochou Bay.
The veranda has a teak table and 6 chairs and provides a lovely shady retreat from the midday sun. It is also a great place to enjoy a candlelit dinner.
