The Villa has 3 double bedrooms- the master with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request


Interiors

On the ground floor there is a modern tastefully furnished open plan living room and kitchen/dining room. The lounge has comfortable sofas and armchairs, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player, radio/cassette player.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including washing machine and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and has patio doors to the rear garden and to the front terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a guest toilet and cloaks on the ground floor.


Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom - a double with views to the sea and with a shower room adjacent. On the first floor there is a twin bedded room with en-suite full bathroom, and a further twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. Large furnished roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Baby cot and high chair available upon request .



This villa in Argaka has a/c units in all three bedrooms providing climate control (hot and cold) at an optional extra small cost . All have maginficent views and access onto balconies from where you can feast on the views and smell pine scented sea air. Bed linen is provided along with bath towels once a week (please bring your own pool and beach towels)

This Argaka coast villa offers a massive garden with large patio around the pool and large areas of lawn giving plenty for the children to explore, while you enjoy the breathtaking views and the sun in the privacy afforded by being at the end of the building zone, at the edge of the protected pine forest, on top of the Agaka slope.
