JanLui1 is a high standard, 4-bedroom villa in Argaka, Polis region, with a private pool and all modern comforts located across the road from a quiet beach with the backdrop of the foothills of the forested Troodos mountains

This Argaka villa is a 45 minute drive from Paphos airport and 2.5 hour drive from Larnaca airport.

The Villa has 4 double bedrooms-(2 wit double beds and 2 with twin beds) all with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 8 adults. A baby cot is available on request The villa is fully air conditioned.


Interiors

There is a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large sliding windows facing the sea and the pool area. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people and the living area is equipped with comfortable seating, flatscreen television and cinema surround system that plays DVDs and CDs.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard for self-catering with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, clothes washing machine, dishwashing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicing machine and granite worksurfaces.


Bedrooms There is one bedroom on the ground floor and three more bedrooms on the first floor. They all have built in wardrobes and ensuite facilities. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a double 4-poster bed and en-suite shower room (which also serves as a house bathroom). Upstairs the two twin bedrooms offer an ensuite shower and ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom with a double bed has an ensuite shower.
Bed linen is provided along with bath towels once a week (please bring your own pool and beach towels) This villa in Argaka has a/c units in all four bedrooms and in the living space providing climate control (hot and cold).
All have maginficent views and access onto balconies from where you can feast on the views




Exteriors
Outside there large patio surrounding the pool with tables and chairs for outside dining, and all gardens are landscaped and illuminated for night time enjoyment. Tthere is a private swimming pool, sunloungers and a portable barbecue. There is also a grassed area on the side of the villa. Private swimming pool 10 m x 5 m ( depth 1m -1.45 m) accessed by roman steps and hand rail Sun loungers, there is always a shaded area and a covered veranda Tables & chairs for outside dining. A magnificent sandy beach 50 m away. There is a pool shower There is off street car parking at the side of the villa.
