The Villa has 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request


Interiors

The ground floor is spacious and open plan including a living area and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The dining area is open plan and has a large dining table with chairs seating 8 people.

The living area has a large sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee tables, Terrestrial TV, Video, Radio, CD System. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin. There is access to the veranda through patio doors from the lounge and the dining area.



The polis Villa has 3 double bedrooms ( all en-suite) , 1 guest toilet . The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. It has see views through the patio doors.

Master bedroom

The other two bedrooms are on the first floor and they both have maginficent see views and access onto a spacious balcony from where you can smell pine scented sea air, and can listen to the whisper of the waves. This luxury polis villa has a/c units in all three bedrooms providing climate control (hot and cold) at an optional extra cost paid locally. The bedrooms are furnished with solid pine beds. Bed linen is provided along with bath towels once a week (please bring your own pool and beach towels)
