The Villa has 3 double bedrooms- the master with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request The villa is fully air conditioned.


Interiors

The villa accommodates 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet room. There is a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with large sliding windows facing the sea. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people and the living area is equipped with comfortable seating, offering a surround sound cd/dvd system (also connected to the TV).
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard for self-catering with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, clothes washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster,iron, ironing board etc..


Bedrooms The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite full bathroom while the other two bedrooms with twin beds share the family bathroom. Bed linen is provided along with bath towels once a week (please bring your own pool and beach towels) This villa in Argaka has a/c units in all three bedrooms and living space providing climate control (hot and cold).

All have maginficent views and access onto balconies from where you can feast on the views and smell pine scented sea air. Bathrooms There is a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and an identical en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Also, there is a downstairs toilet room.



Exteriors
Outside there is a covered veranda with tables and chairs for outside dining, and all gardens are landscaped and illuminated for night time enjoyment. There is a private swimming pool, sunloungers and a barbecue. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m Sun loungers, there is always a shaded area and a covered veranda Tables & chairs for outside dining. A magnificent sandy beach 150 m away (direct distance). There is a pool shower There is private covered car parking at the front of the villa.
