The villa has 4 large bedrooms-ALL with ensuite facilities, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 8 adults. A baby cot is available on request The villa is fully air conditioned.

Open plan living with fully equipped kithen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with an open log fire offer plush accommodation on the ground floor. Large feature windows ensure that the magnificent views across the pool and to the sea are always visible and give a continuity to the outside living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard for self-catering with oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge/frezer etc.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms with king-size beds and one with twin beds are located on the first floor while the 4th bedroom with twin beds is on the ground floor.

This villa in Argaka has a/c units in all bedrooms and living space providing climate control (hot and cold).

All have maginficent views and access onto balconies from where you can feast on the views and smell pine scented sea air.

Outside, extensive patios and sunbathing areas border the large 12 metre swimming pool which has roman steps access. A poolside shower and six upholstered wooden sunbeds are provided, and a large table and chairs and a barbeque are provided for outdoor dining. To the side are lawned areas and colourful gardens leading into an range orchard.
