Wine-Country is a secluded 3 bedroom villa in Kathikas offering well equipped, luxury accommodation with stunning views across the vineyards and the Akamas rugged landscape to the Coral bay coastline and the deep blue of the med.

Less than 15 minute pleasant stroll to the village centre where you will find a choice of a few good Restaurants and Taverns and a small store (you can use the local rural taxi service if you don't wish to walk or drive).
12 min drive to the quaint fishing harbour of Latchi with its renowned fish restaurants
Less than 15 min drive to the small town of Polis with all its cafes, tavernas, restaurants and shops.

This Paphos villa is a 35 minute drive from Paphos airport and 2 hour drive from Larnaca airport.

The villa is ideal for a family, having 3 bedrooms thereby sleeping up to 6. A baby cot is available on request.

For your comfort the villa is fully air conditioned throughout with units that can be used for both cooling and heating but also has full central heating.

Indoors
The villa has been furnished with careful and due attention to detail and to its traditional village setting. The front door accesses the main living areas of the villa. The comfortable living area is equipped with Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and CD players. (There are also TVs in all bedrooms)

Glass patio doors extending the full wall-height and length ensure that those fantastic views are not lost when you are sitting inside and also they provide a seamless connection between inside and outside leaving. Doors off this main living area lead to the kitchen/dining and to the 3 double bedrooms and and guest WC.
Kitchen: High quality fitted units with granite worktops. Well equipped with an electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, iron and ironing board. Easy access to the pool terrace for those daytime snacks and cold drinks and alfresco dining.
A door to the back of the kitchen leads to the utility room while an island unit separates it from the dining area. Dining Area: A dining table for 8 with additional seating as required is available. Again, large patio doors on either side of the dining area and a large window on the 3rd side ensure that the dining area and kitchen are bright and airy and the feeling of open/outside living is enhanced.

Outdoors
Wine-Country stands in its own massive landscape grounds in privacy away from anybody else but with open aspect to allow you to enjoy the magnificent panorama. The 10m x 5m pool (1.0-2.2 m deep) is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, poolside shower and barbecue. The swimming pool area is completely private and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.
