From Paphos Airport:

Paphos airport is 10 min drive away from the villa. So try and get your flight to Paphos airport if you can, although the drive from Larnaca is a pleasant one.

From the airport car park you turn left and stay on this road for about 4km,
till you reach the B6 T junction. At this junction turn right. Travel for
about 1 km and go over the motorway (A6) bridge.

Shortly afterwards there is an EKO petrol garage on the left and a right turn opposite for Mandria village. Take the right turn, travel under the motorway bridge and keep
going about 1/2km into village square...

From Larnaca Airport:

Villa Mandria is about 1.5 hr drive from Larnaca airport.

Come out of airport to the roundabout and turn left. Approx 1/2 km will reach set of traffic lights, turn right at these lights. Follow this road for approx 2km and there is a sign/slip road leading to the A5 for Limassol (Lemesos). Take the slip road go upto the roundabout and turn left onto the A5. Stay on the A5 heading towards Limmassol. Eventually the A5 merges with the A1 still heading for Limassol (Lemesos) . When you reach Limssol, you will hit 6 roundabouts. Go straight across each roundabout heading for Paphos. After the last roundabout you will be on the A6 to Paphos (Pafos). After 20km there is a turning off the motorway signposted Mandria. Take this turning and at the roundabout turn left. Follow this road for 1/2km to T junction with B6, turn left.

Approx 1/2 km on left is EKO petrol garage etc etc. See other directions into village as above.
