A privately owned holiday villa in the Paphos area situated in the quiet farming village of Mandria

With only a short drive from the city of Paphos and all it's amenities, Mandria Village offers serenity and beauty and a friendly community.

The villa has three double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults (it can sleep 8 with the use of the sofa bed) . A baby cot is available on request.

DINING ROOM
The dining room measures 3m x 5.6m and is part of an open plan living space of 7m x 10.1m.  The dining room has a tiled floor and is equipped with a dining room table and 6 chairs.  There are framed pictures on the wall, glass fruit bowl, and place mats on the table.  A high chair and travel cot can be provided if required.

KITCHEN
The kitchen measures 3.3m x 3.1m and is equipped with an electric cooker and hob; washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, two toasters, toasted sandwich maker, baking tray, bottle opener, set of kitchen knives, casserole dishes, cheese grater, chopping board, coffee perculator, corkscrew, dinner service (for 8 persons), cutlery set (for 8 persons), fruit bowl, frying pan, saucepans, 8 tumbler glasses, 8 wine glasses, kettle, measuring jug, 8 mugs, potato peeler, salt and pepper pots, oil and vinegar pots, sieve, set of kitchen utensils, 3 storage containers, swing bin, 8 table mats, teapot, 6 tea towels, tin opener, sugar/coffee/tea jars, 1 tray, and ice lolly makers.The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with three stools.

DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM
The downstairs cloakroom consists of a toilet and handbasin.

MASTER BEDROOM (SEA VIEW)
The master bedroom is air conditioned, and has a ceiling fan, it measures 3.3m x 3.6m and has a tiled floor.  The master bedroom is equipped with large built in wardrobes, double bed (5'), 2 bedside cabinets, 2 bedside lamps, radio alarm clock, tall standing dress mirror, hair dryer and framed pictures.  Bed linen consists of 1 double sheet, a double duvet, double duvet cover, double mattress protective cover, 4 pillows, 4 pillow covers, 4 pillow protective covers,2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 flannels.

EN SUITE
The master bedroom en suite has a tiled floor and consists of toilet, shower, wash basin, mirror, floor mat, shower curtain, and toilet brush. 

FIRST FLOOR BALCONY (SEA VIEW)
Both the master bedroom and rear double bedroom have large patio doors leading to a balcony measuring     7.4 m x 1.5m.  There are two outside tables and 4 chairs, so that guests may enjoy a cool glass of wine whilst watching the sunset over the Mediterranean sea.

REAR DOUBLE BEDROOM (SEA VIEW)
The rear double bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, it measures 3.6m x 3.7m and has a tiled floor.   The rear bedroom is equipped with large built in wardrobes, 2 single (3') beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, radio alarm clock and framed picture.  Bed linen consists of 2 single sheets, 2 single duvets, 2 single duvet covers, 4 pillows, 4 pillow cases, 4 pillow protective covers, 2 single mattress protective covers, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 flannels.  There are also within the bedroom cupboards an ironing board, iron, and clothes horse.

FRONT DOUBLE BEDROOM (MOUNTAIN VIEW)
The front double bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, it measures 3.3m x 3.6m and has a tiled floor.  The front bedroom is equipped with large built in wardrobes, 2 single (3') beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, radio alarm clock and framed picture.  Bed linen consists of 2 single sheets, 2 single duvets, 2 single duvet covers, 4 pillows, 4 pillow cases, 4 pillow protective covers, 2 single mattress protective covers, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 flannels.

A cot can be provided if required.

FAMILY BATHROOM
The family bathroom has a tiled floor and consists of a bath with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, floor mat, toilet brush and shower curtain. 

Rear Garden

There are patio doors from both the living area and the dining area onto a 7.4m x 2.4m tiled veranda.  On the veranda there is a glass top patio table and 4 chairs.  Around the outer edge of the veranda there are pebbled areas with numerous shrubs and flowers. 

Stepping off the veranda, there is a large sun terrace surrounding the swimming pool.  On the sun terrace there are a glass top patio table, 4 chairs, parasol, 4 sunbeds and Cypriot style BBQ.

Around the outside of the sun terrace around the swimming pool, there are a number of flower beds containing, palm trees, rose bushes, geraniums, hibiscus and many other local plants and shrubs.  These flower beds are set randomly around the garden within a white stone shingle.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and is for the exclusive use of villa occupants only.  There is a step ladder at the deep end and Roman steps at the shallow end, which extends the overall length to over 9m.  The pool is cleaned twice a week, with ph levels, and chemicals checked and replenished at the same time, as required.

Front and side gardens

Along the left side garden there are a selection of fruit trees, which include, mandarin, lemon and bananas.  There is also a herb garden with many local herbs.

Along the right garden there is a drive for off the road parking, shed and further flower beds with palms, geraniums, and cacti.

The front garden has further flower beds with a selection of 'bird of paradise' plants.  There are two mini palms leading to the front door and a small Cypriot pot on the door step.

Shed

Within the shed there are, 3 snorkels and masks, 3 sets of flippers, a selection of pool toys, and 5 sets of beach/sea shoes to use in the sea.  Guests are welcome to use any of these, but please leave them behind after your visit.
