2. Check the villa rental prices for the period

3. Please read the terms & conditions If you are happy to proceed then,

4. Contact us by email or phone for confirmation of the dates and price (and a provisional booking if you wish). Alternatively please fill in the Enquiry Form .

5. Ensure that you are able to make the appropriate travel arrangements for your preferred dates. You can check for flights here.

6. Booking Form : Please fill in the online booking form (by clicking on the box to be filled and typing directly onto the website form) and then press the "Send Form" button at the bottom of the form and the form will come directly to us, electronically. Alternatively complete the form online and print it out and send it by post. (if you have any trouble please Contact us ) Please ensure that you follow through with your Booking Deposit payment (by cheque or bank transfer (ask us for banking details)or secure online Credit Card payment)

7. Receive confirmation of booking - (check that the calendar shows this period booked)

That's it, you are done!

• 10 weeks or more before your arrival, pay for the full cost of the booking plus the refundable Security Bond (you will receive a reminder from us as the time approaches)
  
• Receive confirmation of payment
  
• Ensure that you have suitable travel insurance put in place
  
• Collect the keys on location and ....
  enjoy your holiday
  
• Within 4 weeks of the last day of your booking receive your security bond refund, with our thanks for your custom.
