Villa Mandalay is a privately owned luxury holiday Paphos villa situated in the quiet village Mesogi, Paphos on the island of Cyprus.

With only a short drive from the city of Paphos and all it's amenities, Mesogi (Mesoyi) Village offers serenity and beauty and is renowned for its panoramic views and friendly community. Carob trees add to the area's natural splendour and make Mesogi the ideal surrounding for a peaceful holiday. The village has a reputation for the bamboo weaved baskets patiently produced by old men and women sitting in the shade by the side of the street.

• Local amenities including 2 small, typical ‘local village' shops and 4 traditional Cypriot Taverna, a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, take away and laundrette, are a short walk away just at the entrance to the village.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 house bathroom with bath & shower and 1 cloakroom. It is fully airconditioned and fully centrally heated.

There is a large open plan living area upstairs, which has five distinct sections. There are two seating areas. One for watching the Satellite TV (including UK terrestrial channels) - a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas. The other to take advantage of the panoramic views from the large, floor to ceiling bay windows (6 seater corner settee).

The villa of 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 house bathroom with bath & shower and 1 cloakroom.

The second twin bedroom has bunk beds and can also accommodate a travel cot (available with bedding in villa if required).

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms

Outside there is a large swimming pool (10m x 5m), a pool changing room which includes shower, w.c. and wash hand basin, a Barbecue area and another sitting/dining area with table and chairs for 8.

The villa has large gardens, including fruit trees, which have automatic irrigation and have been designed for low maintenance. A car port provides essential shade for the car.
