The Coral Bay Villa has 4 twin bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 8 adults. A baby cot is available free on request. |

An arched porch leads to the entrance hall with a brand new shower room ( w.c. and basin and shower cubicle). Spacious living/dining room with table & chairs, easy chairs, coffee table, TV, fan and great views from the two French windows on either side of the fire place opening onto the covered balcony.The dining area is open plan and has a large dining table with chairs seating 8 people

A door leads to the adjacent newly
fitted (2004) kitchen which has a fridge/freezer and electric cooker with oven fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine iron/ironing board |

Four twin rooms each with air-conditioning, two of which overlook the bay and sea. Three rooms contain built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms are furnished with solid pine beds. Bed linen is provided along with bath towels once a week (please bring your own beach towels) |

| Notes on accommodation The patio is surrounded with a low wall about 1 metre tall and could be a problem with families with young children . |

The property is on a quiet side road and has a small garden on the landward side planted with mature shrubs and trees (unfortunately the palm trees are no longer there-they were getting way to big). A long shaded veranda and a massive patio at the back provide plenty of space for al-fresco dining and for sun-worshipping ( a few sunloungers and umbrellas are provided) while watching the many goings on in the bay and the changing moods of the day from a most vantaged and private position. |
