Refundable Security Bond - £250
Payable 70 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). Please see our terms & conditions .

Booking Deposit - 30% of Rental Price
This non refundable booking deposit is payable on submission of your booking form. The balance of your booking cost plus the refundable security bond is payable 10 weeks prior to the start-date of your stay. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to your start-date, then the whole of the booking cost (+ security bond) is payable on submission of your booking form.

Included in rental price

Power (except as specified in the optional extras), water, television, maintenance/cleaning and use of the swimming pool, refuse collection, garden maintenance, local and other taxes, cleaning and sheet & towel changing before and after your stay plus once a week for each week additional to the first week.
Towels provided are NOT for outside use. Please take your own towels for use at the swimming pool and the beach.

A free welcome basket with some first few hours essentials will be waiting for you at the villa

No specific change over day. However, a booking may NOT be accepted if it results in a potentially unrentable period between bookings.
