Sobella is a privately owned holiday villa situated in Pernera, part of the greater Protaras area, an elite beach resort on the south-east coast of Cyprus often described as the jewel of the eastern Mediterranean.
  • Local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and lovely beaches are a short stroll away
  • Protaras is approximately 15 min walk away, or 3 min drive and (if you are not driving) you can take the hourly bus (200 yards from the villa) to the bigger resorts of Paralimni and Ayia Napa which are a short ride away
  • The villa is a 45 minute drive from Larnaca airport.

Spend the day at the nearby golden sand beaches. Enjoy your evening meals at the nearby restaurants overlooking the crystal clear sea waters; or simply relax under the shade of the pergola, have meals al-fresco and occasionally splash in the pool - its all there for you - an ideal holiday villa for all the family or a group of friends to enjoy!

The villa has three double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. A baby cot is available on request.
Interiors

The villa has an open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table that seats six, settees, TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen is separate to the lounge/dining area and includes a table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board.

 
 
     



 

Sobella has 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes.

Both twin bedrooms lead on to balcony areas, where guests can relax and enjoy the view.

 



Also upstairs there is a modern fitted bathroom and a separate shower room, each with its own toilet.
 
     
Exteriors    
     

Outside there is a patio area with a private swimming pool,(10mx4m), regularly cleaned.Located by the pool are six sunbeds,umbrellas, table and six chairs and outside shower.
