The Haven is a privately owned holiday villa situated in Ayia Thekla, part of the greater Ayia Napa area. Approximately 5km's from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach. The quieter resort of Protaras is 10km's away with the pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni being 10km's. Within a two minute drive is the Waterpark at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. Within walking distance to the Beach.

Local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and lovely beaches are a short drive away
The quiet fishing village of Potamos is about 2 km away with 2 excellent fishing restaurants.
The villa is a 35 minute drive from Larnaca airport.

Spend the day at the nearby golden sand beaches. Enjoy your evening meals at the nearby restaurants overlooking the crystal clear sea waters; or simply relax under the shade of the pergola, have meals al-fresco and occasionally splash in the pool - its all there for you - an ideal holiday villa for all the family or a group of friends to enjoy!

The villa has three double bedrooms, and is comfortably and luxuriously furnished for the accommodation of up to 8 adults. A baby cot is available on request. The villa is fully airconditioned and fully centrally heated and boasts a heated pool.

Interiors

There is a Breakfast bar, open planned lounge with dining area. The kitchen area is fitted with a modern fully fitted kitchen with a full size gas hob & electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave washing machine. An iron & ironing board are also provided.There is a wide range of kitchen utensils catering for most culinary needs. An ice maker ensures that you will never run out of ice for those long cool drinks by the pool.


The dining area has a dining table which seats 6. Family orientated with cot, high chair and toddler bed safety rails. TV, CD, DVD with playstation for children. (Also CD radio alarms in each bedroom) Plenty of comfortable sitting in the lounge.


The Haven has 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms: The villa has 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds and an adjacent "wet-shower room" The master bedroom and a second twin bedroom are upstairs and they share the full family bathroom which also has a separate shower cubicle. There is a hairdryer and a CD radio alarm in each bedroom




Exteriors

luxury walk in 10m x 5m ‘Roman nose', overflow tiled pool. Depth 0.8m to 1.5m, ladder at 1.5m end. 3m cantilever umbrella at the shallow end. Non-chlorine pool, latest , saline water cleaning technology, no red eye or irritation. Salinity level 0.7% - ‘Swim in a Tear Drop'. Heating for the pool available as an extra plenty of comfortable sunbeds and pool side chairs. Patio table with 6 chairs and parasol. Plently of shade is provided. barbecue area with gas barbeque. Landscaped secluded grounds and gardens.
